Bean Gilsdorf is an artist and writer. She is the Editor in Chief of Daily Serving, as well as the author of our arts-advice column “Help Desk,” now in its fifth year. Her critical writing and interviews have been included in publications such as Art21 Magazine, Artforum, Art Practical, BOMB, Frieze, and The Miami Rail.
